I’m Taylor Cheyenne — an entrepreneur, business consultant, founder of Taylored Care®, and Founder & Executive Chair of Taylored Care Advocates™.
Through Taylor Cheyenne Advisory Group, I provide strategic consulting and operational guidance to aspiring and existing providers, entrepreneurs, and organizations seeking support in building structured, compliant, and scalable service-based businesses.
My approach combines real-world operational experience with practical, implementation-focused strategy designed to help clients strengthen systems, improve operations, and navigate complex provider environments with greater clarity and confidence.

My Story
I began my career in direct care while pursuing formal nursing education, where I gained hands-on experience supporting elderly individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities. Through that experience, I developed firsthand insight into the operational, staffing, compliance, and systems challenges many providers face behind the scenes.
In 2020, I founded Taylored Services as a sole proprietorship. In 2021, the company officially transitioned into
Taylored Care Services LLC, which has since grown into Taylored Care® — a CDSS-licensed, California-based organization providing Regional Center-funded services and non-medical home care support throughout the state.
As the organization continued to grow, I also founded Taylored Care Advocates™ as the nonprofit arm of Taylored Care® with the mission of helping families and consumers better navigate Regional Center services, IHSS, IEP advocacy, and access to community-based support resources.
Over the years, I have developed experience in provider operations, Regional Center vendorization, program development, staffing systems, compliance structure, policies and procedures, growth strategy, nonprofit development, advocacy initiatives, and service-based business operations.
My work is rooted in firsthand experience, operational growth, advocacy, and a commitment to helping providers and families navigate complex systems with greater clarity and support.
